Replace Main House Foundation

New Front Entrance on the Main House

Patch & Refinish Main Floors – Alumni Work Weekends
Patch existing holes and damaged areas from previous steam radiators and water damaged spot and refinish/recondition wood floors in the entranceway, pool room & dining room.

Boiler Plant – Phase 2
Connect new boiler plant to Stoud Hall (Annex) via underground pipe & remove old boilers and hot water tanks in Annex.

Completed:

Boiler Plant – Phase 1
Removed old steam heat system and hot water tanks in Main house, replaced with high efficiency forced water system & hot water storage tank.

Window Replacement on Annex
Replaced all Annex windows with Pella energy saving windows

Re-grade Driveway -Active Chapter Members
Regraded driveway drainage away from house foundation

Kitchen Stove & Fire Suppression System
Replaced the old Viking gas stove with a new, more efficient unit and replaced the fire suppression system to current code requirements

Replaced Porch Columns - Alumni Work Weekend
Replaced the old, rotting with columns on the main porch with new fiber/concrete based columns
